Public Notice Regarding PUDA Recruitment 2016 (Exam on dated 16-12-2016 &17-12-2016)

PUDA is in the process of recruitment of various posts, for which applications were invited earlier through an advertisement notified on 17-11-2016. As a part of this process, written examination is scheduled to be held at various centres in Amritsar on dated 16-12-2016 & 17-12-2016. Separate Written Examination for Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator & Senior Assistant (Accounts) Posts & Common written examination for Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil & Public Health) & Common Written Examination for Junior Engineer (Civil & Public Health) as per the syllabus Specified in the official notification will be held. However it is stated that Applicant shall only be considered for the post which he/she had applied for during the online registration. In case an applicant has applied for both SDE (Civil/Public Health) & Junior Engineer (Civil & Public Health) then the option will sought from the Successful candidate & the post will be allocated as per the overall merit. Also, Only one admit card will be issued to the Candidates who have applied for both SDE (Civil/Public Health) Posts & one admit card for both Junior Engineer (Civil & Public Health).
Applicants who have applied for various posts in PUDA published in The Tribune on dated 11-07-2015, Ajit & The Times of India on dated 12-07-2015 which was cancelled due to administrative reasons, need not to pay any additional application fee while applying afresh for various posts notified under current notification Published in The Tribune on dated 17-11-2016 but they shall enter the Journal No. generated to them in the previous 2015 online application process.(However fresh application has to be submitted by all earlier applicants also) In Case, Applicants have already paid application fee for various Posts against both the above specified notifications then they can get refund for the later case by producing application at PUDA HQ, Sector 62, S.A.S Nagar.

The candidates can download their Admit Card w.e.f. 12/12/2016 from PUDA website www.puda.gov.in


PUDA website may be checked from time to time for any further information.

The admit card shall be issued on basis of information supplied by the candidate in his online application form. There will be no claim of the candidate for the post in case the information is found incorrect as per specified criteria at any stage. The checking of eligibility and verification of original documents will be done of only those candidates who qualify to merit list on the basis of written test. Mere issuance of Admit Card and appearing in the written test will not make candidate eligible for selection.
