Those candidates who have submitted their affidavits earlier are not required to bring the affidavit again. They are only required to bring an undertaking (Download format here). In case, affidavit is not submitted earlier, such candidates should bring an Affidavit as per Specimen ‘B’ as mentioned in the detail Notice Inviting Recruitment (NIR) to the Authority of Thapar University before the examination start. These affidavit must be attested from 1st Class Magistrate/Notary Public/Oath Commissioner.
