Public Notice Regarding PUDA Recruitment 2016 (Exam on dated 16-12-2016 &17-12-2016)

                     PUNJAB URBAN PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

                                                        PUBLIC NOTICE


PUDA is in the process of recruitment of various posts, for which applications were invited earlier through an advertisement notified on 17-11-2016. As a part of this process, written examination is scheduled to be held at various centres in Amritsar on dated 16-12-2016 & 17-12-2016. Separate Written Examination for Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator & Senior Assistant (Accounts) Posts & Common written examination for Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil & Public Health) & Common Written Examination for Junior Engineer (Civil & Public Health) as per the syllabus Specified in the official notification will be held. However it is stated that Applicant shall only be considered for the post which he/she had applied for during the online registration. In case an applicant has applied for both SDE (Civil/Public Health) & Junior Engineer (Civil & Public Health) then the option will sought from the Successful candidate & the post will be allocated as per the overall merit. Also, Only one admit card will be issued to the Candidates who have applied for both SDE (Civil/Public Health) Posts & one admit card for both Junior Engineer (Civil & Public Health).
Applicants who have applied for various posts in PUDA published in The Tribune on dated 11-07-2015, Ajit & The Times of India on dated 12-07-2015 which was cancelled due to administrative reasons, need not to pay any additional application fee while applying afresh for various posts notified under current notification Published in The Tribune on dated 17-11-2016 but they shall enter the Journal No. generated to them in the previous 2015 online application process.(However fresh application has to be submitted by all earlier applicants also) In Case, Applicants have already paid application fee for various Posts against both the above specified notifications then they can get refund for the later case by producing application at PUDA HQ, Sector 62, S.A.S Nagar.

The candidates can download their Admit Card w.e.f. 12/12/2016 from PUDA website www.puda.gov.in


PUDA website may be checked from time to time for any further information.

The admit card shall be issued on basis of information supplied by the candidate in his online application form. There will be no claim of the candidate for the post in case the information is found incorrect as per specified criteria at any stage. The checking of eligibility and verification of original documents will be done of only those candidates who qualify to merit list on the basis of written test. Mere issuance of Admit Card and appearing in the written test will not make candidate eligible for selection.

PUBLIC NOTICE 

Competitive Exam for the 300 Posts of "Inspectors, Cooperative Societies", in the Department of Cooperation, Government of Punjab. 

  SUBJECT: Information Regarding the Question Paper, Answer key and post Examination procedure. 

The procedure mentioned below is for the information of all candidates who have appeared for the Competitive Exam for the ibid posts. 

1.0 The Question Booklet [Set-A] and Answer Key [Set-A] for the competitive examination of the ibid posts have been uploaded on the website of the Commission. The candidates are hereby given Four days to submit their objections till exactly 05:00 PM on 2 nd December, 2016. No query/objection will be entertained after 05:00 PM on 2 nd December, 2016. 

2.0 The candidates may send their objections by hand/by post or by email and must ensure that these are received in the office of PPSC before the cut off time and date given above. 

 3.0 The candidates are required to substantiate their objections by giving proper reasoning for their objections and by attaching documentary evidence with their objections and queries – If the objections are sent through email, then the Scanned copies of the documentary evidence should be attached with the email.

 4.0 Any objection sent without reasoning and documentary evidence will not be considered or processed by the Commission and that shall be filed without any action. The E-mail Address for sending objections is:- supdt.exam@ppsc.gov.in 

5.0 The answer key and valid objections will be examined by the subject experts to arrive at the final revised and corrected answer key, if necessary. Thereafter, the final answer key will be uploaded on the Commission's Website. 

6.0 The List of shortlisted candidates who will be called for the interview will be prepared on the basis of the Final Answer Key and will be uploaded on the Website of the Commission accordingly.

Conditions regarding fixed monthly emoluments:

1.  On direct recruitment during three years probation period including extended period, an employee shall be paid fixed emoluments, which shall be equal to the minimum of the pay band of the new post and during probation period an employee shall not be entitled to, grade pay, annual increment or any other allowance except travelling allowance.

2.  On successful of probation period, an employee shall be paid minimum of the pay band, including grade pay and other allowance admissible to the post.

3.  Probation period including extended period, if any, shall not be counted at the time of grant of time scale.

4.  If an employee is working in the Punjab Govt. office and his lien has been intacted then during probation period on his new post, he shall be paid the pay which he was drawing on the post on which his lien has been intacted.
Apart from the above basic qualifications, a candidate applying for Any of the above said posts must have qualified in Punjabi language of Matric Standard or its equivalent from any recognized Institution/Board or should have pass the Punjabi language proficiency test held by Department of Languages, Government of Punjab.
